1. Shake the rocker's arm, and the winding wheel shell makes a friction sound
Fault location: the main shaft is bent and deformed; the ticking wheel or washer of the wire wheel is lost during disassembly; the nut of the wire wheel shell is loose. Cause: When dismantling the main shaft pin, the main shaft was deformed after hitting with a hammer; when dismantling the nut of the spool shell, it was not known that the teeth were reversed, and the teeth slipped due to excessive force. Solution: Correct the main shaft; install the ticking wheel and washer; when the nut of the wire wheel shell slips, stand up the nut and tap it with a hammer a few times to reduce the hole diameter of the nut before installing it.
2. Shake the rocker arm of the reel, and there will be a "click" sound, and the line cannot be taken up.
Fault location: the gear plate and the gear rod slip. Cause: The shaft sleeves at both ends of the gear plate are severely worn; the gear rod sleeve is worn or the gear plate slip wire is lost, resulting in a large matching gap between the gear plate and the gear rod, and it will slip after applying force. Solution: Replace the gear plate and gear rod sleeve Shaft, it is better to change it to a ball bearing or a copper sleeve made by another car; adjust the speed of the washer on the chainring shaft.
3. The fishing power adjustment button fails, and the reel assembly cannot rotate
Fault location: The rear drag washer is stuck in the tight seat. Causes: There is mud and sand mixed into the drag force components; the fishing power adjustment knob is not installed correctly, causing it to be too tight and stuck; the ticking ring of the adjustment button is deformed and stuck. Solution: Clean the rear drag parts, correct the ticking ring, install all parts correctly, and do not use too much force when adjusting the fishing force.
4. The caster does not return to its position
Fault location: The throwing spring is loose or its elasticity is weakened. Cause: The fixing screw of the throwing frame is loose, causing the throwing spring to come out of the fixing hole; opening the throwing frame for a long time for storage weakens the spring elasticity of the throwing frame. Solution: Adjust the elasticity of the throwing spring and reinstall it correctly; usually develop the habit of retracting the throwing frame for storage.
5. Turn the reverse button, the rocker arm cannot be controlled
Fault location: the action of the reaction button is not flexible. Causes: The spring of the reaction button is weak; the screw of the reaction button is too tight; the butter with excessive viscosity is applied. Solution: Adjust and increase the spring elasticity to make the reaction button move flexibly.
6. The guide wheel and the guide wheel bushing on the throwing frame are lost
Fault location: The fixing screw of the throwing frame is loose. Cause: loose after long-term use; not tightened during installation. Solution: reinstall, and apply Baide glue in the hole of the screw seat, so that the screw is not easy to loosen. To solve it structurally, it should be changed to a long screw rod and fixed with an open spring.
7. Shake the rocker's arm, the fishing wire wheel will never move back and forth or move from time to time
Fault location: The convex pin on the transmission gear comes out of the slider groove or the slider groove is broken; the lower end of the tooth plate is missing teeth or part of the transmission gear is missing teeth. Causes: The gap between the transmission gear and the slider is too large; there is gravel in the transmission gear; the main shaft is bent and stuck, and the rocker's arm is shaken hard to break the groove of the slider. Solution: Add a gasket to the bottom of the transmission gear shaft to reduce the gap between the transmission gear and the slider; replace the slider and the toothed disc with missing teeth; correct the main shaft; clean the installation and apply Vaseline oil for lubrication.
Ultra-Stable Oscillation: CNC aluminum spool and interchangeable left and right handle provide a reliable reel for years of big game fishing. The 5.1:1 gear ratio is designed to fight monsters and give you the confidence to land your biggest saltwater fish there.
Wide Range of Drag Adjustment: Rugged oversized shaft, compact self-balancing system rotors provide rock-stable retrieval when landing large aircraft. The sturdy aluminum spool holds heavy monofilament or braided wire for long casting distances. Tuna, shark, yellowtail, sea bass, kingfish, mackerel, all the big fish are waiting to be challenged.
Durable: Provides improved gear durability. By supporting the pinion with bearings at both ends, the pinion is kept in precise alignment with the drive gear. This means the gears will stay in the same position under the heaviest loads. An added benefit is the elimination of friction between the spool shaft and gear. This will increase the casting performance of the reel with lighter lures and allow for longer casting times.
